Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Translio ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

Description of Service

Translio is a WordPress plugin that provides AI-powered translation services using the Anthropic Claude API. The service allows you to translate your WordPress content into multiple languages.

License Grant

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the Plugin on your WordPress websites
• Use the translation features according to your plan (Free, Pro BYOAI, or Credits)
• Store translations in your WordPress database indefinitely

Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key and for all activities under your account.

Payment and Refunds

Pro BYOAI subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Credit packs are one-time purchases. All payments are processed securely. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used the service significantly.

Credits and Expiration

Credit packs have validity periods as stated at purchase (1-3 months depending on the pack). Unused credits expire at the end of the validity period. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable after expiration.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin
• Share, resell, or redistribute your license key
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Use automated systems to abuse the translation API
• Translate content that violates Anthropic's usage policies

Intellectual Property

The Plugin and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Translio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your translations remain your property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that translations will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. Always review translations before publishing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Translio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease, but your existing translations will remain in your WordPress database.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
